LoDico Event Co Holiday Giveaway Official Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to individuals 18 years or older at the time of entry. Entrants must be residents of the United States and eligible to contract LoDico Event Co for event planning services within Montana or approved destination locations.
This giveaway is valid for new clients only and does not apply to existing contracts or previously booked services.

2. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must:

  1. Follow @lodicoeventco on Instagram

  2. Like and save the official giveaway post

  3. Share the official giveaway post on your Instagram story and save a screenshot

  4. Tag at least one person in the comments who is newly engaged or loves to celebrate

  5. Book an eligible event planning service between November 20, 2025 and December 4, 2025 (a signed contract and retainer must be received by 11:59 PM MST on December 4, 2025)

All four steps must be completed for the entry to qualify.

Please note: The event itself does not need to take place within this timeframe — only the booking must be completed by the stated deadline.

3. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a planning service discount as follows:

  • Full Planning Package: $500 off the total planning fee

  • Partial Planning Package: $250 off the total planning fee

The maximum prize value is $500 USD.

Additional details:

  • Discount applies to the planning service fee only (excludes production fees, rentals, and third-party vendor costs).

  • Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

  • If the selected winner books a service level other than Full Planning or Partial Planning, the discount does not apply.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible bookings and announced via Instagram Stories and email by December 5, 2025.
If the winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days, LoDico Event Co reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

5. Booking Terms

All standard LoDico Event Co contract terms and payment schedules apply.
If a winner cancels their booking or fails to meet contractual payment deadlines, the discount will be forfeited with no cash alternative.

6. Rights & Publicity

LoDico Event Co will not share or publicize any participant’s name, event details, or identifying information without their explicit written permission. Winner publicity is completely optional. If the winner chooses to opt in, only their first name and general location may be shared in promotional materials related to the giveaway.

7. General Conditions

LoDico Event Co reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
